In early June, I'm sailing with two friends for 10 days from Neuhof. The area around Rügen, with its lagoon waters ideal for sailing. You can sail some guns with land cover, or even out on the Baltic Sea. Sweden, Denmark and Poland are just a one day strike. And there are lots of beautiful ports to explore, be it location on Long Hiddensee, or Glowe, Lohme, Gager and Lauterbach auf Rügen and Stralsund, Neuhof, Greifswald and Swinoujscie on the mainland. For just a few. The Gib Sea has only 1.40m draft, but it is sailing very well. In a lot of wind drift is of course great, but she is also fast. I would charter the vessel at any time. Technically OK, with lots of space under the deck. The sail wardrobe is very good and moving system from the upper classes to the better than that of Bavaria. The start port in Neuhof Strelasund is ideal. A quick blow to Stralsund (opening times of grave brick bridge note) or, depending on wind direction east to Greifswald on the Bay of Greifswald is just right for a start. Then one can ever walk around on the wind and weather complaints clockwise or counter-clockwise. In any case, an interesting trip.
