Friendlyness at the base was quite comfortable if you just take what you get and do not demand anything more ortry to get something fixed etc. and by the way, how can you run the base with about 20 yachts with only two people.

At check in wastewater tank was congested and full to the top and bath/toilet was smelling badly. This was not fixed fully and I had to do it during the trip. Fenders were missing or too small for the type of yacht. Dinghy was leck and outborder not prepared (fixed OK). Light at the navigation desk was broken - not repaired.

For the GPS navigation the card module was missing. Compasses at the steering wheels, the autopilot and the GPS showed quite different directions, not compensated right.

Engine and sailing equipment was fine, of easy motion and working good. No problems during the whole trip.

You get some excuses and explanations for the shortcomings (that you have heard since years from all the bases) but that does not solve your problems when you want to leave for a 2 weeks trip.

The pricing was reasonable. You should be prepared to expect some problems you have to fix yourselv and keep an adventurous mind. For family trips I would not recommend this charter company.
