Despite the fact that a perfect condition of the boat had been ensured to us in advance , the reality was different. The ship was cleaned only rudimentary, the halyards and sheets were fanned out partially and almost ruptured, the sails should have been new, however, most of the bulk was sewn unprofessionally and burst over the length of 1 meter just before a race start. The jib was so hard-steering, that at least all the force of 2 men was needed to reef or strike the genoa. Slipping, especially the large- and genoa halyard in the clamp. Grinding wheel as deformed in itself.

Overall that boat is not recommendable for the use in a regatta. We do not understand how a 4 year old boat can be in such a desolation state. Apparently, the maintenance is extremely neglected. The savings at that point seems wrong for us. This ensures in each case that such a boat will not be chartered again!

We were very disappointed of Performance Sailing Croatia!
