At least more than the skipper or co skipper should have sailing experience. Time is needed to anchor with two anchors, partially bad surface for anchoring.Night-sailing absolutely necessary. Galley essential, because it's not possible to find a restaurant every night. A few word of french are highly recommended. You do not always get along with english. The crew should also be able to perform small repairs by themselves. Stay economically with the drinking water. It is open Atlantic, with some longer distances (120 Nm) Have fun.
