How can I get my company listed?

Please sign-up for a free CompanyManager Account. Our team will review your company details and create an entry. After you're account gets approved by our team, you can start using our free marketing tools to promote your listing and get reviews.

How can I get my company listed on various location pages?

The listing of the companies on the location pages depends on the yachts and their bases. As soon as you add a yacht with a specific charter base, your company will be listed at that charterbase.

How can I get my yachts listed?

You can email us a list of your charter fleet. We need the following information to get your yachts listed: Name of the Yacht, Yacht Model, Base and year of construction. Please use the following Excel template for the list. After compiling the list, please email it to info@yachtadviser.com.

How to collect reviews?

Once you're listing on YachtAdviser is up, you are able to collect customer reviews.

We encourage you to collect a review from anyone who booked a yacht with your company in the past. A loyal customer or friend is a great way to collect a positive review!

Someone posted a review that does not meet your review guidelines. How can I report this?

Please email us the link of the review to info@yachtadviser.com.

Instructions to comment on a review

YachtAdviser allows representatives of a yacht charter company to respond to both positive and negative reviews written about their company. The management comments will be displayed on the YachtAdviser site directly underneath the relevant review.

To repsond to a review, please register for a free CompanyManager Account first. After your account has been approved by the YachtAdviser Team, you can log into your CompanyManager dashboard and search for the review you want to review.

How does the Popularity Index work?

The popularity index uses traveller reviews to calculate an index using an algorithm. Most recent information has a stronger influence on the index. The index is completely organic and not influenced by any paid service. It's is also unbiased based on good and bad reviews.
