YachtAdviser reserves the right to reject submissions that fail to meet our criteria. It is at our sole discretion to publish or reject each review submitted, remove a previously published review, or alter our criteria for publishing at any time without prior notice. ELIGIBILITY: Everyone over an age of 18 is eligible to participate except employees of YachtAdviser and their families or participation is probihited by law.
PRIZES: The winners will receive a yacht charter voucher up to a maximum of EUR 1,000 (one winner of a EUR 1,000 voucher, 1 winner of EUR 750.-, 1 winner of EUR 500.- vouchers and 28 winners of EUR 50.- ) which is good for yacht charter services of the company that is printed on the voucher. (Total ARV: EUR 5000.-) Those companies are Pitter Gesellschaft m.b.H. ("Pitter Yachting") (http://www.pitter-yachting.com/) and Master Yachting GmbH http://www.masteryachting.com/ . Limit one prize per person. All other expenses not specified in the announcement are the responsibility of the winner. Prize voucher cannot be used as payment for a yacht charter that was booked prior to winning. New yacht charters must be made within one year of the date of award. Prize vouchers are non-assignable and non-transferable. No prize substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent will be allowed. Winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of their awarded prize.
WINNER SELECTION: Winner selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about June 30, 2010. Odds will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified within five days of selection via email (or via other method, based on method of entry and at the sponsor's sole discretion). If a potential winner does not respond to an email notice within five days confirming his/her contact information and agreeing to accept the prize, it will be understood by the sponsor that the prize has been definitively declined for all time and another potential winner will be chosen in random drawings. Unclaimed entries will not be eligible for future drawings. All potential winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within three business days of the date of notification. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, voice, likeness, and any and all identifying characteristics for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes including posting to the sponsor's websites in perpetuity. All comments/entries collected become the property of the sponsor and none will be acknowledged. Sponsor collects personal information from you when you submit content to the site or enter the sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to sponsor's Privacy Policy.
WINNERS' LIST: A list of winners will be posted after July 14, 2010 at the Twitter corporate page or Facebook page, as applicable, for 60 days after Sponsor's verification of the winners.
